Would you rather...
Go to the car wash by yourself, or go to the car wash with the love of your life and a photographer to capture some fun, different photos and make it a date? If you answered the latter, then you're gonna wanna check these photos out.
As much as I want to take credit for the idea for this freaking fun session, I cannot. All the credit goes to the unapologetically different photographer herself, Courtney of Stag & Bird Photography.
Courtney invited myself, two other photographers, her videography team, and her clients who own this freaking cool and vintage '69 C10 Ford Truck and hosted the first of her 2024 play date sessions. This session was called the "Car Wash Playdate," where Stag & Bird rounded up a client, a concept, and a handful of creatives and allow for free flowing, turn-taking posing and prompting with everyone working together.
These photos were my take on the playdate session. I focused on the joy of doing the mundane together, and sweet details you may not have noticed the first time you looked through the gallery.
Hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoyed being at this play date.
